Came here for the herbal soup (which was hearty!), surprisingly, the deep fried wings were soooo good! Doesn’t feel greasy at all. I love their kimchi side dishes too. It’s refillable :)

Good was good but there are better ones in same area. I was however disappointed with their service and inflexibility. I asked for Sondubu (tofu stew) to be extra spicy and they refused, all they needed to do was add chili. I asked for the fried chicken with spicy sauce, which they had in menu for extra $2, but they refused also. When food got to table and I asked for some chili and I was given literally Frozen chopped chilies. While the food tasted good, I won’t be going back. Also I ordered seafood tofu stew, I found minced pork in there,which was not mentioned anywhere in menu - which is more outrageous for me than anything else as I don’t eat pork.

Herbal Soup Heaven! If you’re a soup lover, I recommend trying this place – each soup has its own unique flavor! They also serve a delicious porridge before the soup, and the taste and texture go perfectly together. The shop is quite small, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation or arrive early to avoid waiting.

So Moon Korean Restaurant in Underwood is a lovely little spot that specialises in traditional Korean soups and healthy dishes. Most of the food we had was really tasty, nourishing, and felt like a home-cooked Korean meal. It’s a small and cozy place, so if you’re coming with a group larger than four, it might be a bit tricky to get a table. But if you’re after warm, comforting Korean soups and sides, So Moon is definitely worth a visit!

Korean ginseng chicken soup is wonderful! Tender chicken in a warm, fragrant broth—subtly sweet with ginseng’s earthy kick. Hearty, comforting, and utterly satisfying. A bowl of pure bliss.

Excellent food with generous portions . Service was quite good too. The only downside was the atmosphere—music was so loud at times that it made conversation difficult.
